  • Middle Ring

Take your magic circle and bring it close to the shoulder height. Your arms must be straightened fully and shoulders relaxed down while holding the ring.

Now, squeeze the ring using your palms for 20 seconds at least, and then release. Do this exercise at least 10 times and this will help to activate all the muscles in the arm.


  • Close to the Ceiling

For this exercise, bring the ring overhead so that it is parallel to the ceiling. Your shoulders must be relaxed and back straightened. Bring your elbows out to the side, and move the magic circle up and down while squeezing and releasing it with your palms. This helps to target the arms, back, and chest. Do this at least 8-10 times for best results.

 Tip: Always inhale when squeezing the ring and exhale while releasing it.

  • Thigh Exercise

Lay on your yoga mat relaxingly then bent your knees. Now, place the Pilates ring between your knees and squeeze the knees for 20 seconds. Repeat it at least 8-10 times. This helps to strengthen the inner thigh muscles.

  • Single-Leg Stretch

Lie on your back and place one foot in the ring and hold its opposite side with your hands. Straighten out one leg along the floor and the other to stretch the hamstring. Stay in this position for at least 30 seconds.
