How do I access my account?

Select login from the drop down menu, click 'my subscription' in the footer navigation or find the login page here. Access your account anytime to manage your subscription, billing and shipping information.  

Help! I forgot my email.

No problem. Get in touch with us at subscriptions@sanitizer.com and we'll get it sorted out.

Help! I forgot my password.

Click the 'reset my password' link on the account login page and you'll get a password reset link sent to your email address.

How do I change my address?

You can update your shipping information after you log in to your account here. If your subscription has accidentally shipped to an old address, please contact us at subscriptions@sanitizer.com.



Is there a fee to join?

Nope. There is no joining fee and no cancellation or change fees for that matter. The only item you pay for is the product we send you.

How does this subscription work?

By signing up for our hand sanitizer subscription, you are signing up to receive a recurring replenishment of hand sanitizers. You will be charged the day before each new shipment, but you can change, pause or cancel your membership anytime in your account so not to worry.

What comes with my subscription?

The specified number of bottles of hand sanitizer shipped to you by USPS Ground Shipping on a monthly basis.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Easy. With just a few clicks you can pause, change or cancel your subscription anytime. Just log into your account here.

We'd love you to stay! But if you'd like to cancel your subscription, simply un-check the "auto-renew" box and you won't be billed from the next billing cycle and your subscription will be cancelled.

Can I skip a shipment?

Headed out of town for a while and don't need next month's hand sanitizers? No problem. Log into your account here and simply select your preferred shipping date for the next shipment, or pause your account until you would like to re-start it again.



How do I update my billing information?

Log into your account and go to your billing details. Enter the new payment details and billing address and make sure to save the changes before you leave.

How will I be billed for my subscription?

You are billed the day before your subscription ships. If you're not sure when that is, you can see and update your next ship date in your account 



Where’s my order?

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email notification that it's been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

You can use the tracking link sent in the order confirmation email or you can also view and track your orders in your account.

Can I get my order shipped now?

Unfortunately, we don't offer on-demand shipping.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately due to the nature of ourproduc t, we can not accept returned orders once they have shipped. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Refund requests must be made directly to us at customerservice@sanitizer.com within 30 days of the date of shipment by sanitizer.com.
